We missed our station for Herculaneum ruins, so got off one station too late. We joined another couple walking to the ruins through town. The man lead the way navigating on his phone and us three girls wandered behind marvelling at everything. It is so infrequent for us to walk through areas that may be a bit unsafe. So had a great walk back to Herculaneum through the less than savoury back streets looking down small streets and up at architectural details
