The Karoo National park is just off the N1, the road between Pretoria and Cape own, a great spot to stop and learn about the Karoo. There is a minimum of two nights stay, and if you do not stay two nights you really miss out and only get a superficial feel.
There are two main drives in opposite direction and two good walks in camp. Also swimming pools, festurant, lookouts and bird hides.
