Food in the Mistral

The Mistral being a French boat, took food very seriously.  Breakfast, lunch and dinner, but no morning or afternoon tea with food.  Lunch and dinner served with wine, included and bottled water always available.

Breakfast was a buffet, not a very exciting one, but all the food of a high quality.  Fruit, yoghurts, coffee, pastries, cold meat, much cheese and more.  Coffee in a pot on the table when you arrived.

Lunch and dinner a set menu, no choices (unless you advised them before hand if you did not eat eg fish) beautifully served and of good quality.  The food was very impressive.
