Namotoni Camp
This is the largest camp and has all the facilities you may need. Most importantly a pool and a floodlit water hole. In-camp animals were entertaining, these warthogs were keeping the grass neat.
While the Meercats hang around enjoying the shade and hoping for a snack.
The bins are hooked up in the trees, not from the meercats but
The camp is situated in the grounds of an old German Fort. There are rooms within the fort where you can stay and great views from the lookout towers.
There was a shaded area, called a ‘boma’ where one could watch the waterhole, day and night.
The camping area is spacious with many tress, fireplaces and grass.
After two nights at Namotoni we travelled west towards Halali.
