We filed into the Colosseum as the last people were leaving. The sun had just set and it was lovely, peaceful and cool. Learnt all about the construction, destruction and history. Was getting a little tired by the end. Taxi back to the hostel.

- Lovely to see when fairly empty
- Good to have a guide
- Nicely lit but still difficult to photograph at night.
- It was very magnificent
Next – Rome to Sydney, no there is nothing to say. Aby got on a plane, few to Singapore, 1hr 10 mins later left Singapore and flew to Sydney !
